"You're healthier the moment you walk through our door!"

With over 24 years of combined experience, Dr. Brian Rector and Dr. Abby Serpico at Monterey Chiropractic Group have developed expert chiropractic techniques that allow them to address many health conditions and provide excellent care to patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric. Patients seek our care for headaches, migraines, neck and lower back pain, myofascitis, fibromyalgia, sports injuries, osteoporosis, scoliosis, hip dysplasia, sinus issues, shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, sciatica and many more.

Dr. Brian P Rector first opened the doors to Monterey Chiropractic Group to the Monterey community on June 1st, 1994. In fact, Monterey Chiropractic Group’s mission statement is: “You’re healthier the moment you walk through our door.” Since opening, many symptoms have come into Dr. Rector’s practice, such as headaches/migraines, neck pain, low back pain, fibromyalgia, sports injuries, scoliosis, shoulder pain, and sciatica. Dr. Rector offers a variety of treatments to not only relieve symptoms but also reverse them so that they don’t come back to affect his patients. Some of these treatments include massage therapy, diversified technique, athrotism, palmer technique, and light chiropractic adjustments. Monterey Chiropractic Group has also garnered the title of “Best Chiro in Monterey County,” in 2015, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
